Section 3: Surface Risk Acknowledgement

Exterior cleaning may involve water pressure, soft-wash solutions, detergents, and/or surface-appropriate cleaning methods. Cleaning may reveal or worsen existing surface weaknesses such as (but not limited to) faded paint, loose siding, cracked concrete, damaged mortar, loose caulking, brittle vinyl, wood rot, peeling stain, or deteriorated finishes.

Section 4: Pre-Existing Damage Disclosure

Petey Avey Exterior Surface Professionals, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions present before service begins, including visible or hidden damage to siding, roofing, windows, screens, doors, trim, electrical fixtures, outlets, cameras, doorbells, concrete, pavers, decks, fences, paint, stain, landscaping borders, or other exterior materials.

Are there any fragile, damaged, leaking, loose, recently painted, recently stained, or sensitive areas we should know about?

Section 5: Plant and Landscaping Disclaimer

Petey Avey takes reasonable precautions to protect plants, grass, shrubs, flowers, and landscaping during service. These precautions may include pre-wetting, rinsing, controlled application, and post-rinsing. Some plants and vegetation may be more sensitive to cleaning solutions, runoff, heat, drought stress, poor health, recent planting, recent fertilization, prior chemical treatment, or delicate species type.

Do you have any delicate, rare, newly planted, edible, sentimental, or high-value plants near the service area?

Section 8: Payment Terms

We accept cash, check and card. Card payments are processed securely through Square. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Past-due balances may be subject to late fees, collection costs, returned payment fees, or legal fees.

Section 9: Cancellation and Weather Policy

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
